Distance Selling Regulations

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund.

To cancel, you can email us or wirte to us (see contact details) within seven days of delivery of your item(s) quoting your name, address and item description.  You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not use them.  Item(s) must be returned to Wheels Direct (southwest) unused in its original packaging or similar packaging, together with the receipt or we can arrange collection at the cost to the consumer.  If you have an Internet order query, please contact Wheels Direct (southwest) as per contact details.  Non faulty goods returned to us will incur a 15% restocking charge and will only be acccepted at our discretion.

Warranty

Wheels Direct (southwest) products, exluding replica and used wheels, are guaranteed against manufacturing defects, details are given at time of purchase.  We advise that chrome and polished wheels are not used during the winter months October to February, if used during this period warranty is void.  All our ex-display  used and replica wheels carry no warranty or guarantee.

Wheels Direct (southwest) can assume no responsibility for misuse or incorrect application by the user. We will not accept responsibility for carriage costs incurred in returning goods or for any fitting costs involved in warranty items.

Alloy wheels manufacturer must establish liability in order for Wheels Direct (southwest) to warrant an alloy wheel.  We would ask customers to understand the need for proper examination by the manufacturer before establishing liability.  You statutory rights are unaffected.

Tyre Warranty

Tyre manufactuurer  must establish liability in order for wheels Direct (southwest) to warrant a tyre, if a tyre is deemed warrantable by the manufacturer, then a credit wil be raised, which will be in full minus a percentage of the remaining tread depth.  We would ask customers to understand the need for porper tyre examination by the manufacturer before establishing liability to replace the tyre.  It is not therefore possible to resolve tyre problems immediately.

Before Fitting

We advise that you check for correct equipment, conditions, fittings and tyre directions prior to external fitting.  If for any reason a wheel or tyre is damaged or the incrorrect size or if you think there maybe a problem, DO NOT fit to your vehicle, DO NOT dirve on it, DO NOT fit tyres if alloy wheels only, contact Wheels Direct (southwest) immediately.  Wheels Direct (southwest) will not be held liable for any external charges.

We advise a test fit and that you thoroughly check the alloy wheels, prior to mounting tyres for wheels only packages  Failure to inlcude car details make, model, version, year and original tyre size at time of purchase may invalidate any claim.
